About me

I am a New York State licensed  Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry with a degree from New York University’s Rory Meyers College.  I  am Board Certified by the ANCC and have completed a Fellowship in community psychiatry with CHN. 

I have been practicing over 3 years as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating adults ages 18 and over in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders. I practice from a trauma informed care perspective and utilize various modalities based on the individuals' needs.

I utilize a holistic approach and treat the whole person, not just presenting symptoms. 

Treatment modalities include medication management, supplements, behavioral interventions, and psychotherapy. One or a combination of approaches are utilized in a collaborative approach with the client  dependent on their goals.
